Courage, Conscience and Clarity
We are very excited to announce our second annual NTL International conference. This is a 3-day event with a difference.
Session 1: September 19th - Our opening keynote will be Chandran Nair and he will share his perspective on the world we live in today. Lennox Joseph, editor of The Art of Strategic Change, will then draw on Chandran’s messages to make critical links to the book before he introduces the authors. We will then have a panel discussion and using a World Cafe format participants will have the chance to meet and interact with the authors. We will lay the ground work for the simulation in session two as we explore world views, power dynamics, mind set shifts, self identity and use of self with a panel of authors.
Session 2: October 17th - This will be a day with a difference as we fully utilize NTL’s experiential learning model via a simulation to allow us to explore real time dynamics of power, mind set shifts and use of self within a system.
Session 3: December 12th - The final session will focus on bringing all aspects of the book, The Art of Strategic Change, with its leading edge concepts into an integrated whole and helping us identify takeaways we can turn into practical applications.
