She is the editor of Gestalt Practice: Living and Working in Pursuit of wHolism. Holistic perspectives guide all aspects of her work. She has taught at NTL’s Organization Development Programs in Singapore, India, Japan, US and Oxford, England. Dr. Rainey is an NTL Emeritus member.

He is the author of Cultural Competence in America’s Schools: Leadership, Engagement and Understanding. His work’s goal is to restructure organizations to achieve systemic congruence in process through cultural competence in leadership. Dr. Nichols is a Clinical/Industrial Psychologist and a founding member of the Association of Black Psychologists.
