Our Approach
We use laboratory
learning as a core technology. You may know this as
experiential learning or learning by doing. It's the
hallmark of NTL programs. In many of our programs, we also
use a particular kind of learning environment called the T-Group. NTL pioneered the
T-Group and it is probably the
most emulated method for understanding human interaction
in the behavioral training field.
Programs for Individuals
We deliver programs to individuals in seven areas of
practice:
Certificate Programs
For people who want to enhance their careers by pursuing NTL
Institute programs in-depth, we offer certificates in three
areas:
- Appreciative
Inquiry
- Diversity Leadership
- Organization Development
Each certificate track consists
of required and/or elective courses that follow a suggested
sequence. The NTL
Institute Human Interaction Lab is a basic requirement for the
Appreciative Inquiry and OD certificate programs. Throughout the certificate program, each participant is matched with
an NTL member who serves as a learning mentor, guide, and counselor.
This ensures maximum exploration for the selected area
of concentration. |
