DIVERSITY
PRACTITIONER CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
Faculty
This
new and innovative cohort program builds on the collective knowledge
and expertise that NTL Institute members have perfected over the past
56 years. This premier faculty brings both practical and academic
experience to the design of a program that provides participants with
the in-depth knowledge and understanding of current theory and
practice necessary to meet new, evolving challenges with confidence
and creativity.
Having
met NTL Institute’s demanding standards for membership, DPCP faculty
members bring, on average, more than 20 years experience consulting to
Fortune 500 companies, local, state and federal government agencies,
community groups, schools and universities and local, national and
transnational non-profit organizations in the areas of:
• Diversity and social justice
• Change management
• Organization development
• Leadership development and coaching
Participants
will benefit from the combined expertise of a faculty with extensive
practical experience, numerous advanced degrees and varied life
perspectives reflecting their diverse backgrounds and many group
identities including race, sexual orientation, gender and others.
This
expertise of DPCP faculty is evident in their professional
associations with well known organizations such as the Wharton School,
American University, Fielding Institute and Gestalt Institute of
Cleveland. In addition, organizations such as the American Society for
Training and Development, Fielding Institute and HR Canada have
selected DPCP faculty members to receive awards in recognition of
their academic and professional achievements.
