Sue Ries Lamb has been an NTL member for almost 30 years, during which time she has served as the Dean and on the training staff for numerous NTL Core Lab programs, as well as several Organization Development (OD) training programs. She also co-designed and has served as the Dean for five professional development programs for NTL members and non-members who want to learn to facilitate NTL Human Interaction Labs. From 2008 – 2011, Sue served as a Steward for NTL’s Core Labs Community of Practice, responsible for program development and quality review for all Human Interaction Labs. In 2011, she was elected to Emerita status. As an OD Practitioner with over 35 years of experience, Sue has focused on the areas of organization/work redesign, cultural change, leadership development, team building and process facilitation, and has worked with over 400 organizations nationally and internationally. She designed and taught change management and personal development courses and served as Practicum Advisor for the NTL/JFK University graduate OD program, and also served as the first Co-Coordinator of the Community Learning Facilitators for the AU/NTL MSOD Program.
