Sheldon Hughes is an organization and management development consultant who works with senior leaders and their organizations, business unit managers and their teams, and selected individuals to help unfold their full performance potential. With over 30 years of consulting experience, his client list, among others, includes Bankers Trust Co/Deutsche Bank, Bell Laboratories, JPMorgan Chase, Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, Equitable, Exxon/Mobil, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Prudential and The United Nations.
Mr. Hughes works with clients to discover critical strengths and opportunities in the current organization and people, and then, to envision the organization operating at full potential. Planning and implementation of the development process proceeds through the use of team building and whole systems processes, establishing or strengthening a values-based culture, and leadership development and coaching.
Sheldon is a graduate of Princeton University and holds an MBA in Management and Organization Behavior from New York University. He is a member of NTL Institute, The World Business Academy and Business for Social Responsibility.
