Robert N. Wallace, III
Bob Wallace is an organization development consultant who has worked with Fortune 50 organizations for the past 30 years. He specializes in organization assessment, teambuilding, leadership, diversity, transition management, and executive coaching. He has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University. He is a member of NTL Institute and serves as the Co-Steward of the Core Labs Community of Practice. He has served as Dean and Staff for the Human Interaction Lab and Interpersonal Skills for Leadership Success Lab. He is an adjunct professor at the Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology at Webster University. His corporate experience includes staff and management positions with IBM and Digital Equipment Corporation.
