Rianna Moore is a human and organization development specialist and coach who has been a member of NTL Institute since 1998. She has consulted with Fortune 500 corporations and government organizations for the past 30+ years, specializing in diversity-inclusion work, executive and leadership coaching, mentoring internal HR-OD specialists, organization assessment, teambuilding and process consultation, and also coaches writing. Rianna has a Bachelors and Masters degree in English from the State University of New York at Fredonia and a Masters and PhD in Human & Organization Systems from Fielding Graduate University. Currently adjunct faculty at Georgetown University, she previously held faculty and staff positions at several colleges and universities in the northeastern US prior to doing management and organization development consulting. She lived and worked in Nationalist China; other international experience includes Germany, Scotland, Canada, and Russia. She is co-author of Journeys of Race & Culture: From Racial Inequality to Equity & Inclusion,currently in production. Rianna is pursuing certification from the International Coaching Federation. She divides her time between Western New York and New Mexico.
