Patricia D. Williams, MD
Patricia Day Williams. MD, is known for her ability to facilitate deep transformative changes. She brings vast experience in the not-for-profit and public sectors, where her work ranges from leading workshops on personal growth, to coaching professionals and executive leaders, to team building, to consulting on large systems change. As adjunct professor at American University, she teaches in the MSOD and Key Executive Leadership Programs. She is an expert on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, a personality tool widely used in business and other settings. She has authored numerous publications including a chapter on “Managing Professionals” in Managing in the Age of Change, and the guidebook Self Awareness, both published by NTL. Patricia is a graduate of Yale University, Harvard Medical School, and NTL’s Certificate Program in Organization Development. She also holds certifications in coaching, emotional intelligence, chakra psychology and yoga.
