Mary Ann has more than 20 years of global experience as executive coach and consultant to high level leaders and helping organizations navigate complex change. Her client base represents sectors of energy, retail, healthcare, government, education and banking and finance in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
Mary Ann has broad leadership experience as former Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness for Exelon Corporation (NYSE:EXC) and former Vice-city Manager of the City of East Cleveland, Ohio. She has taught in management programs at Case Western Reserve University and Benedictine University. She has co-chaired both the U.S. based and International Gestalt Organization & Systems Development (OSD) Programs and is a founding member of the Ghana OSD Program.
Mary Ann holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, a M.S. in Counseling and Human Resources and a B.S. in Business Management. She was the project manager for the first application of Appreciative Inquiry theory as an Organization Development (OD) methodology. Her professional affiliations include NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science; Academy of Management Association; The Kurt Lewin Center; Organization Development Network; and Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
