|Leaders of Color Coaching Initiative|
NTL developed a program inclusive of leadership training, one-on-one coaching and best practices to support leaders of color at both an individual and organizational level. This would not have been possible without generous grants from the American Express and Cafritz Foundations. In addition, Sage Publications became the first corporate sponsor of the program in 2015.
