|Larsen & Toubro HR Leadership Development Program 2015|
In 2015, NTL Institute partnered with Larsen & Toubro to support a group of 25 Strategic HR Professionals at Larsen & Toubro in their leadership journey. The HR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM is a carefully integrated sequence of experiential work modules designed to provide participants with a thorough knowledge of the underlying principles and theories of Organization Development (OD) and to build their capabilities across a full range of OD intervention through the grasp of the "use of self" principle. This is a program aimed at people who have been in practice working with the human system for a number of years and who want to refresh their knowledge and skill base while searching to pull together what they have (value, passion, motivation, skill, knowledge, and who they are) into an integrated approach to work.
The Program includes six (6) Modules bundled into three (3) sessions. Each session has two 4-day Modules and a break day between them.
