Kaye A. Craft has more than twenty years of training and consulting experience with individuals, teams and organizations in a variety of public, private and not-for-profit organizations. She is dedicated to helping people transform their situations in order to achieve their personal and organizational purposes and passions. Her areas of focus are: Leadership Development, Team Development, Managing Diversity, Meeting Design/Facilitation, Organizational Change and Transitions, Executive Coaching.
Kaye has worked as a trainer and consultant at Exxon Corporation, Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company and Health and Human Services Head Start Program. Kaye received her M.B.A. in Organization Behavior and Management from New York University, her M.S. in Social Work from Columbia University, and her B.A. in Sociology from Hampton University. She completed a post-graduate Certificate Program in Organization and Systems Development at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. Kaye is a Past Chair of the Board of Directors of NTL Institute, and is a member of the National Black MBA Association, and the National Organization Development Network. In addition, Kaye integrates her learnings from healing masters and visionary leaders from different parts of the world into her change and transformation work with individuals and organizations. Kaye enjoys dancing, meditating, listening to music, nature, reading and adventure experiences (swimming with wild dolphins, sky-diving, para-gliding, and hiking).
