|Kathleen Brown, Ph.D.|
Kathleen Brown, PhD, is past-Chair of the Board of NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science, a current member of NTL and a longtime internal and external OD consultant. She is currently a Professor (Adjunct) at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco and is a lecturer at Saint Mary’s College of Moraga, California.
While at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), Kathleen was instrumental in founding programs such as the Women’s Leadership Program and Strategies for Success for Women of Color. In 2001, she was recognized for her work with women, receiving the UCSF Chancellor’s Award for the Advancement of Women.
Kathleen has facilitated T-groups since 1999 in the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University and is a senior trainer in NTL’s Human Interaction Laboratory.
She is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), certified to teach and administer William Bridges' work on managing organizational and personal transitions, and is pursuing training and certification as a coach.
