Judith Noel is a distinguished faculty member of NTL Institute. Judith provides organizational change consultation and personal coaching to the leadership of institutions and corporations in order to help them meet the challenges of the new economy and a changing workforce. Her 35-year career includes cross cultural applications of human relations practices in several global companies. Judith has held positions of: educator, psychologist, organization development consultant, manager, business executive, facilitator, company owner, innovator, and entrepreneur. She has served on boards of directors, has authored organization simulations and training models, and is published and cited in professional books and journals.
Currently, Judith Noel is founder or senior associate with: Seapoint Consulting Corporation, The LUNA Institute, The Women’s Leadership Collaboration/West, Cross-Cultural Communications, Inc., and Executive Strategies International. Judith is a guest trainer for Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business group dynamics program and faculty at Sonoma State University in California.
Judith is Certified and Experienced working with: MBTI for individuals and for teams, FIRO-B, Situational Leadership, the Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument, Managed Leadership Transition Process (author), the OrgPAT: Organization Personality Assessment Tool (co-author), various 360 Feedback processes, and Women’s Leadership Certificate Program, in cooperation with JFK University; Designer and Director, 2002-2005; Book: Ways of Women: Roots of Female Leadership.
