|Judith Leibowitz, MS|
Ms. Leibowitz helps organizations, groups and individuals expand their capacity to change, collaborate, and become more effective and productive. The focus of her work as a Coach is Executive, Leadership and Life Coaching. As a Consultant, the core of her work is Leadership and Organization Development. Ms. Leibowitz has consulted with and coached clients from the corporate, government and not-for profit sectors. She has extensive experience in team development, culture change, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Ms. Leibowitz specializes in working with women in leadership, and developed the CenterPoint Leadership Model, a unique self-assessment that is based upon fifteen years of work with women leaders. As an adjunct faculty member, she taught at The American University, Organization Development Masters Degree Program, and at Georgetown University, The Organization Development Certificate Program.
Currently, she is the Steward for the NTL Coaching Community of Practice, and has served as the Dean for NTL Core Programs for twelve years. She holds an M.S. in Human Resource Development from The American University/NTL Institute, a B.S. in Education from the University of Maryland, and a CSC from the SUN™ Coaching Program, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a member of the Women's Leadership Collaboration, the NTL Institute, and the AU/NTL Alumni Association. She holds a certification in the Myers- Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Ms. Leibowitz has written and published several articles related to diversity, interpersonal effectiveness and group dynamics. She enjoys travel, cooking and the healing arts.
