Judith holds a Master of Science Degree specializing in Organization Development (M.S.O.D.), from The American University/NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science, in Washington DC where she earned the distinction as one of two Hal Kellner awardees for Social Justice. In addition, The Leadership Circle Profile group and the Executive Coaches Academy have certified her in coaching. As a coach for over 10 years, Judith works in collaboration with the person being coach as their advocate for life and work transformations. She has worked with front line staff, as well as, executives of fortune 500 companies to ensure the vision they have for their professional and business lives are manageable and sustaining. Her coaching continues as a partner for Women Achieving the Promise, Judith and her partner offer programs for women who are looking to create breakthroughs for themselves, either in their careers and/or personal lives.
Judith is also committed to empowering youth to become change agents that will create a more just and inclusive school, community and world. She is currently writing a children’s book that focuses on elementary age students and the personal dimensions of diversity. However, her heart and legacy work is dedicated to eradicating human trafficking in the United States and across the globe. Judith lives in DC and is dedicated to experiences that make her laugh.
