Jacqueline (Jacki) Bearce, Ed.D. is a practicing psychologist in Amherst Massachusetts. She received her doctorate in Counseling and Consulting Psychology from the University of Massachusetts. She has been a member of NTL since 1982 and has served on NTL’s Board of Directors. Jacki has facilitated a number of HI lab since 1982 and partnered in the inaugural design and facilitation of the So You Want to Run a T-Group training-of-trainers program. She is the co-author of the NTL Guidebook The T-Group: Effective Members and Trainers. Jacki is active in NTL’s Core Lab Community of Practice and the Education and Social Change Community of Practice.
In addition to her work as a psychologist, Jacki consults to working teams and to consultants who work with corporate clients and who provide experiential programs addressing partnering around diversity within their organizations. Her consultations include a focus on psychological safety in intensive group experiences while supporting the work of the consultants within an experiential setting. Also Jacki is on the faculty of Cambridge College, Springfield, MA, teaching in the Counseling Psychology program.
Jacki is passionate about participants’ having growthful experiences in their HI labs. She is committed to training in such a way that participants gain understanding about their experience in the “here and now” and access to the T-Group to enhance that understanding.
