He is an adjunct Professor on the faculty at American University. He has served as an Organizational development and change management specialist on contracts with Texas Instrument, Motorola, Reynold’s & Reynold’s Inc, IBM, Lexis-Nexis, Mead Data Central, Gannett Corp, Africare, Metromedia-Ponderosa Restaurants, ABB Manufacturing and NCR. As a consultant, presenter and facilitator he has worked to advance client-organizations.
