Al Templeton, MA, MPA
Al Templeton, MA, MPA, is a change agent with thirty-five years experience empowering individuals, groups and organizations to increase work productivity and improve human relations. He has provided training and organization development services to over one hundred clients. Recent work involves human relations training, group dynamics and facilitation, leveraging diversity, strategic and whole systems change, leadership development, and executive coaching; teaching experience includes adjunct in residence, American University, School of Public Affairs, 1979-81, twice chosen by students as, “One Of The Best” teachers, Cleveland State University/ NTL Diversity Management Program, guest lecturer, George Washington University. Al’s additional training includes the two-year Organization & Systems Development Program and the third year specialization in Group Facilitation, Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. He is a member of the GIC and the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science, is a native of Kentucky, and, with his wife Mary, now lives in Washington, DC.
