Dear Prospective Applicant:

I am pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of NTL Institute has authorized opening the organization to new members.  Our goal is to attract innovative, committed young professionals who will revitalize our organization and grow into our future leaders.  Our theme and invitation is:

NTL is recruiting its leaders for the year 2020.  We seek people who share our mission, vision, and values and who have already demonstrated high potential to do the work of our current and future Areas of Practice.

The target is by 2005 to have one third of our membership be between 25 and 45 years of age.  In pursuit of this target, we will seek 50 new members in this age group during 2003 through a Phase III process.

Look further on our web site at www.ntl.org and you will find materials that describe the process and forms to be completed.  You will note that to be considered two current members who are in good standing, complete the Sponsors Nomination Form and agree to serve actively as your mentor if you are accepted must sponsor you.  Please review the time line of events below and submit your completed packet to me, including the sponsors’ forms, in hard copy to arrive no later than February 3, 2003.
