Experience one of the largest and most comprehensive conference centers in the nation—The National Conference Center. Located in Leesburg, Virginia just 12 miles from Dulles International Airport, this facility is situated on 110 safe, scenic acres and is a distraction-free setting. A unique feature of The National Conference Center is individual 'meeting communities,' where conference rooms and guest lodging are grouped in self-contained wings, giving our experiential training labs all the advantages of this powerful conference facility, plus the convenience of an intimate environment.
FACILITY ACCOMMODATIONS
NTL encourages all participants to stay overnight at a program's location. Participants are responsible for reserving and paying for their room accommodations.
ROOM RATE
NTL has negotiated special pricing for labs and workshops held at The National Conference Center. All rates are listed as per night plus applicable state, local, and occupancy taxes:
January-December: $160
This rate includes breakfast each day.
CHECK-IN TIME: 5:00 p.m. CHECK-OUT TIME: 1:00 p.m.
Room Block Deadline: The room block is only available until three weeks prior to the program start date. We encourage you to make your reservations early.
MEALS
AM/PM breaks and lunch are provided each program day. Dinner is provided for labs that end at 9:00 p.m.

Cancellations within three weeks of the start of the program will be billed the length of stay reserved to the credit card number provided when making reservations. Guests who fail to arrive or "no show" are subject to the same penalty.
ADDITIONAL FACILITY INFORMATION
Parking is complimentary with unlimited access. Complimentary Wi-Fi and use of the fitness facilities are provided in your room rate.
Guest Rooms: Each guest room comes equipped with complimentary high speed Internet access, a flat screen TV, coffeemaker, and hair dryer. Refrigerators are available for an additional charge and are subject to availability.
