PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

The NTL UK OD Certificate Programme is a carefully integrated sequence of experimental work modules designed to provide participants with a thorough knowledge of the underlying principles and theories of organisation development (OD) and to build their capabilities across a full range of OD intervention through the grasp of the "use of self" principle. This is a programme aimed at people who have been in practice working with the human system for a number of years and want to refresh their knowledge and skill base while searching to pull together what they have (value, passion, motivation, skill, knowledge, and who they are) into an integrated approach to work.

While we allocate a small number of spaces to those who are new to organisation development, most participants will be experienced practitioners who want to consolidate and extend their current knowledge and will find the programme a challenging, integrative learning experience, expanding their skills capacity and increasing their confidence to operate.

PROGRAMME LOCATION


The venue for all six modules will be Eynsham Hall near the village of Witney, not far from Oxford City centre. You can visit the venue website at http://www.eynshamhall.com/.

TUITION AND ADMISSION

The programme consists of a total of 25 days, divided into six modules over a twelve month period. Applications for admission to the 2014-15 programme are due by 31 January 2014. All applicants will go through a developmental interview and process. As this is a Certificate Programme, participants remain as a cohort and are therefore expected to participate in all six modules. To allow for some evening work, and to support team building and active attention to the cohort as an evolving, temporary system, participants are encouraged to stay overnight at the programme hotel facility.

In recognition of recent difficult financial realities, we have made every effort to cut budgets without sacrificing standards. Therefore we have kept the tuition at £9850 plus VAT, the same as the last three years. Participants are responsible for their own meals and accommodation. Payment can be made in full or in three instalments: 40% of the total due upon acceptance to the programme, 30% by 01 September 2014, and the final 30% by 01 February 2015. A discount may be available for non-profit or public sector organisations. Please contact Q&E for further information.

A limited number of places may become available to individuals interested in specific modules. The individual module fee is £1950 plus VAT per four days module. Please contact Q&E about availability or to join our notification list.
