It is a continuation of the learning journey that an NTL experience commences. ApplicationPlus Coaching will help you to clarify and anchor your workshop insights, experiences, and learnings. Through this specialized coaching service, you will build practical strategies to develop a clear approach for managing the challenges inherent in implementing new behaviors and skills.
The ApplicationPlus Coaching package is an exclusive option for people who have completed any NTL lab, and includes:
- Five hours of one-on-one personal and confidential coaching with a dedicated NTL coach
- Immediate support planned to fit into your schedule
- Practical, goal-oriented coaching that is aligned with your NTL workshop experience

NTL Coaching
This valuable, in-depth coaching is designed to address the specific needs or challenges that you are facing--in life or at work. Your NTL coach is chosen with your specific needs in mind. Whether you are faced with a company merger, change in staff, globalization, personal effectiveness or any other challenge, your dedicated coach will support you in achieving your goals.
The NTL Coaching package is an available option regardless of whether or not you have completed an NTL lab, and includes:
- Six hours of one-on-one personal and confidential coaching with a dedicated NTL coach
- Immediate support planned to fit into your schedule
- Practical, goal-oriented coaching that is aligned with your personal and professional goals
