The Bolger Center style creates an inviting retreat for both the business and leisure traveler. Fifteen miles from the White House, the hotel and conference center is close to Reagan National and Dulles International Airports, the exciting nightlife of Bethesda, Maryland and upscale shopping. FACILITY ACCOMMODATIONS
NTL encourages all participants to stay overnight at the program location. Participants are responsible for reserving and paying for their room accommodations.
ROOM RATE
NTL has negotiated special pricing for programs held at Bolger Center. All rates are listed as per night plus commission, applicable state, local, and occupancy taxes.

Room Block Deadline: The NTL room block is only available until three weeks prior to the program start date. We encourage you to make your reservations early.
MEALS
AM/PM breaks and lunch are provided each program day. Dinner is provided for labs that end at 9:00 p.m.
RESERVATION INFORMATION

Cancellation of guest rooms after 6:00 p.m. (hotel time) on the day of arrival will result in a charge for one night's stay.
ADDITIONAL FACILITY INFORMATION
The Bolger Center offers complimentary shuttle service to the Bethesda Metro Station on the Red Line. Contact Guest Services (on-site or at 301-983-7000) for the shuttle schedule. Guest Services will also provide information on transportation to and from the local airports.
Guest Rooms: Standard rooms are 100% smoke free, featuring a flat-panel TV, desk space, complimentary Wi-Fi and voicemail. Additional hotel room amenities, include personal coffee/tea maker, iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. Overnight guests have free access to the fitness center and the heated, indoor junior Olympic-sized pool.
