The AU/NTL Experience
AU/NTL students enter the program as part of a cohort, an intact learning group that takes courses together. In this unique experience, students learn from each other and from faculty members who are experts in experiential graduate education.
The AU/NTL curriculum is completed in just two years. In Year 1, students experience and apply behavioral science theory, understand the competencies, practices, values and ethics of OD and change leadership, strengthen their knowledge of group and organization dynamics, and learn how OD supports organization strategy. The week-long Bethel Residency offers an opportunity in NTL’s Maine birthplace to hone the power of one’s own presence.
In the second year students gain valuable practical experience through an International Residency and the Practicum Project in which students complete a full OD consultation with a client.
Alumni of AU/NTL understand the nature of change and effective leadership. AU/NTL graduates are known for their professionalism, discernment, use of self, broad knowledge base, skills and capabilities, and their deep commitment to client needs. You will find AU/NTL graduates are leaders in the field of OD and in all sectors.
