American University/NTL Master's Degree Program in Organization Development

The AU/NTL program has been a key player in training organization development professionals since its beginning in 1980. It is a partnership that brings together university-based organization development education and experiential learning processes. This weekend Master of Science program is designed for individuals with significant organizational experience who are interested in careers in organizational consulting and training.

 

The AU/NTL program consists of an orientation session, 13 graduate courses, and a 6-day experiential learning session. The program sequence takes approximately two years. Admission to the program follows the process required by AU for other graduate programs, including the submission of standard materials.

 

It is:

·         Offered on an executive basis, one weekend per month, providing maximum flexibility for mid-career professionals who want to change careers;

·         Administered by the American University School of Public Affairs, one of the oldest and most respected schools of its kind.
